1. I cannot get the login screen or report screens to pop-up.
2. When I log in to the CTS training system, all I see is the "Change Password" screen.
3. When I open a tutorial, I get a blank screen..
4. When I open a tutorial, I see the menu, but nothing happens when I click on the menu items.
5. When I log in, I immediately get a "Session Expired" message.
6. I viewed the tutorial on the internet, but it the status tutorial is "Not Taken".
7. When I view the tutorial page on the internet, the sound stops, and I do not receive credit for the page.
3. When I open a tutorial, I get a blank screen.

A blank screen in the tutorials is usually caused by an out-of-date flash player. The users need click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" icon that is found on our home page. Simply follow the link to www.adobe.com, and install the latest Flash player, which at this time is version 10.0.45.2. If these PC's happen to be on a network in which user policies and restrictions are enforced, then the server administrator user needs to perform the install. Otherwise, if the PC's are standalone, the install should work without a problem and the tutorials will display.
