3. When I open a tutorial, I get a blank screen.A blank screen in the tutorials is usually caused by an out-of-date flash player. The users need click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" icon that is found on our home page. Simply follow the link to www.adobe.com, and install the latest Flash player, which at this time is version 10.0.45.2. If these PC's happen to be on a network in which user policies and restrictions are enforced, then the server administrator user needs to perform the install. Otherwise, if the PC's are standalone, the install should work without a problem and the tutorials will display.
