5. When I log in, I immediately get a "Session Expired" message.This error generally occurs when the browser security settings are set to high or the end user has a third party program running that disables cookies. In either case, either configure your browser(or third party program) to allow cookies from ctsys.com or lower your browser security settings.
For Internet Explorer, the setting configuration is as follows:
1. Click on the Tools menu, located on the browser toolbar. 2. Click on Internet Options 3. Click on the Privacy Tab, located at the top of the Internet Options window 4. There should be a section called "Web Sites" and an "Edit" button 5. Click on the "Edit" Button 6. Enter ctsys.com in the "Address of Web site" section and click on the "Allow" button. Ctsys.com will now be listed in the "Managed Web Sites" section and the setting should be "Always Allow" 7. Click "OK" to finish this part. 8. Click on the Security Tab, located at the top of the Internet Options window 9. Click on the Green "Trusted Sites" icon 10. Click on the "Sites" button 11. A Trusted Sites window will now appear 12. Type ctsys.com in the "Add this Web site to the zone:" section 13. Uncheck the box labeled "Require server verification (https :) for all sites in this zone" 14. Click on the "Add" button 15. Click "OK" 16. Click "OK" to exit. 17. Re-start your browser and try to log in.
