1. I cannot get the login screen or report screens to pop-up.
2. When I log in to the CTS training system, all I see is the "Change Password" screen.
3. When I open a tutorial, I get a blank screen..
4. When I open a tutorial, I see the menu, but nothing happens when I click on the menu items.
5. When I log in, I immediately get a "Session Expired" message.
6. I viewed the tutorial on the internet, but it the status tutorial is "Not Taken".
7. When I view the tutorial page on the internet, the sound stops, and I do not receive credit for the page.

These individual sections must all be completed 100%. On the CTS Online training system., you can follow the status of your completion percentage by noting the icons that appear as you take part of, or complete a chapter of a tutorial. When a tutorial is partially completed, a yellow icon will appear next to the chapter title located on the tutorial chapter menu screen. When the chapter is completed, the icon will change from a yellow icon to a green icon, indicating that the chapter has been successfully completed. When all of the chapters are complete, you will see green icons next to each chapter title. You may also track your training via the user report that is available via the Training Status Report icon located to the right of your login name at the bottom center of the screen. If you go back in to a tutorial (i.e. Thunderstorms), you will start on the first page that you didn't previously get credit for. You must watch each page until the arrow located in the lower right corner changes color.
