an incident. The hour long,
five part multimedia tutorial program encompasses Background,
Stress Management, Communication, Human Error and the Error
Chain, and Situational Awareness.
This program is designed to meet the up coming FAA requirements
for maintenance human factors training, and fills the requirements
already in place in
Canada. Maintenance Human Factors Training is an affordable
