Our Wind Shear and Adverse Weather course focuses on recognition and avoidance of wind shear, turbulence, and thunderstorms, as well as recovery procedures should you be caught in an inadvertent encounter.[KP1.1][RM1.2][KP1.3] We cover hazards associated with each type of adverse weather, the effects they have on the aircraft, and how to identify inadvertent encounters. We provide separate fixed-wing and rotor-wing versions to ensure applicability for your operations.
