Description

Maintenance Human Factors is designed to introduce personnel to industry standard safety procedures and practices for the work environment. The course focuses on providing personnel with a background in stress management, communication, human error and the error chain, and situational awareness as it applies to the maintenance and repair of aircraft.

For Part 145 maintenance personnel training, our Maintenance Human Factors course is an efficient way to ensure safety in your maintenance bay. It is designed to meet the standards and recommendations outlined in AC 120-72.

This continuing education activity is approved by the FAA for 2hrs of Inspection Authorization (IA) Refresher training.
