AMRM present air medical personnel with the basic theory of resource management in a medical transport environment. It provides medical personnel and crewmembers with the tools for addressing safety concerns during flight, emphasizes pilot and medical personnel teamwork, and has the overall goal of improving individual and group behaviors to establish and maintain a culture of safety.
